All projects are managed by company director Ryan Cox, who will co-ordinate the relevant tradesmen as outlined on the services page. The same team of professionals will work together throughout the project.
A Local Business and Local Family
Precise Building always try to use our local building merchants and shops to support our community.
All our staff and tradespeople are local.
Precise Building are committed to recycling waste
Any hardcore does not just get chucked into a skip - we have all our hardcore waste remove by a grab lorry or skip for hardcore only. This then gets recycled into loose hardcore sculpins / gravels etc.
Mud, clay and soil is removed separately and then recycled.
Timber and wood gets chopped up into pieces for locals to use for free
Plastics go into our mixed skip which we keep on our yard if possible, this savea our clients room on their driveway.
Metal - we have a scrap pile in our yard and this then goes up to the scrap yard twice a year and gets melted down to be used for new products.
Anything else we put into our mixed skip, and again this goes to the recycling centre.
We are excited to offer help and advice on how we can help modify or extend your house to make life easier for you.
From creating a wider door to make life easier whilst getting your wheelchair in, forming a hard standing ramp or building you an extension that will suit your requirements.
From our experience in life and projects we really want to start letting the local public know we are here to offer help and advice.
Giving people a chance to work with our team
As a company, we aim to grow and provide opportunities for our employees to go to college and learn a trade. They of course have to fit our requirements and our strict code of conduct.
Working with local businesses
We are pleased to announce we are working with local estate agents.
From looking at a house with the agent and proposed new owner, to help and advice on the new house they are looking at .
For rental houses, we are on many agents list to help with odd jobs or emergencies that are in need of our professional team.
We are really pleased and proud to say we have many contacts and connections - help and advice is only a telephone call away.
Our contacts include the local planning department, building control, Wessex water, structural engineers and architects.
We have also been asked to help with the local police in providing an undercover area for youngsters to have some where dry to sit when out with friends. We were told that we were recommended by a trusted party and are proud of our good honest name.
It’s goes without saying sometimes it’s always very handy to be well connected in all ways to help throughout a project if a time comes that we need to help our friends and clients.
"We are really grateful for your kindness"
